Education

Zachary Townsend was a competitive member of the Debate Society as a student, and he served on the executive board of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Attorney Zachary Townsend was also a clerk for the judges of Illinois’ 15th Judicial Circuit before practicing law, and he was an editor on Law Review of Northern Illinois University, College of Law. Zachary Townsend became licensed to practice law in Illinois in 2011 and Wisconsin in 2012.

Attorney Townsend’s focus started in the field of family law, and he has since expanded into the areas of personal injury and criminal defense. Attorney Zachary Townsend is an experienced lawyer who provides only the highest quality professional legal care to each of his clients. Attorney Townsend was born and raised in northern Illinois, where he still resides with his wife and daughter.

Attorney Townsend is proud of the Rockford region and eager to serve those organizations that strive for constant improvements. Townsend serves on the board of directors of Family Counseling Services, Rockford’s oldest sliding-scale mental health service provider.
